Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@zerelle.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will guide you through the return process.
After we receive the defective item, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
