Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at zerelle.ae@gmail.com. Please include the following: * Your order number * A brief description of the issue * Photos of the defective or damaged item Once we've reviewed your request and confirmed that your item is eligible for an exchange, we'll guide you through the next steps. Shipping

At Zerelle, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–4 business days, while GCC orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination. We offer free shipping on all UAE orders above 150 AED, and delivery charges for orders below this amount will be shown at checkout. GCC shipping fees vary by location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link through email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order, as reshipping charges may apply for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
